Quotation & Pricing Terms

Quotation Basis

A quotation may consider origin, destination, distance, volume of goods, property type, packing requirements, manpower, vehicle type, access conditions and selected services.

Additional Requirements

Taxes & GST

Applicable taxes and GST should be understood from the quotation or invoice issued for the specific transaction. Customers should review the tax component before payment.

Where a quotation contains a validity period, the customer should confirm the booking within that period. Fuel, route, availability or other operational factors may affect future quotations.
